16W LED Gear Tray SMD2835.Microwave Sensor + Emergency. 2D replacement 28W and 36W CFL. In Warm White
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All-in-one LED gear tray with emergency driver and NI-CD battery at 3.6V. The lighting board operates as a normal light, it can be switched on and off from a normal wall switch or sensor. When the mains power fails, the gear tray will operate as an emergency light for 3 hours. This is called in lighting terms " maintained emergency fitting".
The VOLTALED LED Tray has an integrated 10% and 0% microwave motion sensor which provides automatic lighting control. When movement is detected the light is fully on (100% brightness) after a pre-defined time interval the light output will be reduced to 10% or 0% (user adjustable)
Corridor Function Enabled.
The light fitting comes with the option to use the corridor function (10%) or to deactivate it. If the corridor function is not required the sensor will switch off the light after the elapsed time.
This is another retrofit product that is designed and developed exclusively by VOLTACON. The gear trays offer incredible flexibility to lighting designers and electricians. The LED trays can be installed in any round ceiling or wall light that was previously fitted with a fluorescent 2D lamp.
There is a fully insulated junction box for safe connection to the mains voltage, the current version has a 4-way power block for switched live, unswitched live (emergency), neutral and earth.

Smaller orders will be calculated automatically. If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you.We hope that your purchase from us is exactly what you wanted, however, we understand that occasionally some issues may occur with the items of your choice. Parts may arrive damaged or develop a fault, or you may simply wish to return the products if they are not what you had expected. In any case, our customer service team is here to help you.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from us. If you change your mind just after placing your order, you can cancel at any time without any cost, given that the goods haven't been despatched yet - regardless of the reason.
NOTE: We are not able to accept cancellations for customised products or special orders for projects manufactured directly to your specifications. In these situations, the restocking fee will apply.
We highly encourage you to check the products as soon as they are delivered to you so that any problems can be raised with the delivery drivers immediately. Alternatively, make sure to mark the delivery as ''unchecked'' while signing for it. Should you want to return your product after the delivery, we allow a 14 days period for the goods to be sent back to us, given that they are in unused condition. In this situation, you have to bear the shipping costs by yourself, and we refund only the value of the goods, not the original shipping costs.
If you want to return any of your items, please follow the instructions below:
You must obtain an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) number from us before shipping the goods back to us. Please send an e-mail request to sales@ledison-led-lights.co.uk or fill outthe form at the link below. Returns without an RMA cannot be recognised and processed.
If there is a problem with the product, you will need to provide a full fault/damage Please note - you are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items to us, but also for the state the goods arrive in. If they come back damaged or not in useable condition, the refund will not be processed. Please take extra care of them and package them well. In case the goods get damaged in transit, you will be responsible for claiming the damage refund directly with the courier you have chosen.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer transit packaging of your return. Do not write on or mark the product packaging.
Please, enclose a copy of your invoices, if possible.
If the items you want to return are damaged in transit on the way to you or they arrived faulty (14 days after the delivery) all the return shipping will be at Voltcon’s costs and we will be obliged to send you a replacement or a refund.
If you return claimed faulty items and on our inspection, they prove to be in good order, we will surcharge you a fixed fee of £30.00 for testing time, repackaging and reshipping.
If you want to return the items for any reason outside the 14 days after the delivery, a restocking/handling fee of 20% will apply to the gross subtotal value of the order. All the return costs will be at your expense, including the warranty claims.
If the item develops a fault within the warranty period, you need to send it back to us for an inspection by a technician. After the assessment, we are obliged to fix the item, if there is a possibility, or replace or refund if the repair is not possible. We are not able to dispatch replacements without receiving the faulty items back first.
Make sure the item is adequately protected to prevent any damage. Voltacon cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods returned without adequate protective packaging.
A kind request: We ask the customers to fully inspect all products received on the day of the delivery. To ensure a resolution, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 48hr of receipt. We will then advise the next course of action - provide the RMA and arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us, or ask to dispose of goods. Please never dispose of goods without our confirmation
