LED 2D Gear Trays

Voltacon continues to develop solutions to the LED lighting market, the new retrofit for 2D bulkheads is a gear tray with an SMD 2835 LED array that is directly mounted on a PCB (printed circuit board). 

We have 4 variants that meet the regulations of building standards. The LED board is EMC, and CE certified, it is safe for installation in existing fluorescent 2D housings.

Voltafit gears are mainly powered, they can be assembled with an emergency battery pack and microwave sensor.

Quality and performance are paramount for Voltacon, the light output is 1600lumens and over 150 lumen in emergency mode (it complies with British standards 5266-1:2016 for emergency lighting). The life expectancy of this gear tray is approximately 50,000 hours, as always it is covered by our 5 year warranty.
